Rock n Roll Marathon Raleigh

We've got a fun show coming up this Sunday! We'll be playing music from 7:40am until about 1:30pm for the Rock n Roll Marathon in Raleigh. Our stage will be located in the parking lot of East Village on Hillsborough street, also known as marathon mile markers 8.8/20.9. We'll be trading off sets all day long with local Johnny Cash tribute band, Johnny Folsom 4. The race supports lots of great charities like the Jimmy V Foundation and it should be a beautiful day, so come on out and join us for a fantastic Sunday Funday!

Also, we did a short clip with Steve Elizondo from WRAL (thanks Steve!) at Boylan Bridge Brewpub this week that will be airing on the Friday morning segment. Keep an eye out for it!

Much Love,

New Sweat

"No Instructions" is now on iTunes!

The album is available for purchase online via CD Baby and iTunes. Both websites offer a digital download of the album but only CD Baby offers the option of ordering a hard copy of the album. You can also listen to the album in full on Spotify. Of course you can always pick up a copy at any of our shows.

We're looking to get in on the myriad of local music festivals this year so, keep an eye out for us. You can catch updates on our Twitter page, as well as on our Facebook page. We do our best to find a good balance between keeping our fans informed without blowing up your social media accounts so, if you haven't heard from us in a while and are curious as to what's new, feel free to drop us a line.
